I can hardly wait! Roberta and Stewart came to my 70th birthday party last October and presented me with a wonderful birthday present. A getaway for me and Roberta - a time for us to veg out, catch up, relax and just enjoy time with each other. We've spent lots of time trying to find a timeframe that works for both of us. Our busy schedules (work, family, business, previously planned travel, etc.) finally provided a few days that worked for both of us. Sometimes it seemed like our lives were conspiring to keep this trip from happening....but it is! Early Saturday morning, I will be leaving Cornelius, NC and Roberta will be leaving Glenview, IL and, later that day, we will both arrive in Cabo San Lucas! The next post will be from sunny Mexico!!
